Robinson Township is governed by a Local Services Board (LSB) created under the Northern Services Board Act. The LSB facilitates the delivery of services to residents and property owners in the Township and all are welcome to attend Board meetings.
The Local Services Board is made up of 5 Board members elected annually for a period beginning on October 1 and ending on September 30. To be eligible to be nominated as a Board Member you must be a permanent resident or property owner in the Robinson LSB area, a Canadian Citizen, and 18 years of age or older. Board members are volunteers. The Secretary/Treasurer position, which may or may not be a Board member, is appointed by the Board.
